These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wehealt, Inc.'s ("Wehealt", "we", "us") website, dashboard, and claims and coverage tools (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
Coverage estimates, pricing figures, and recommendations shown in the Coverage Navigator and related tools are Wehealt estimates for side-by-side comparison only. They are not official quotes and do not guarantee coverage, pricing, or approval by any insurer. Always confirm final terms directly with the relevant provider.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Wehealt and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, design, and content, other than the information you submit.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wehealt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
